A cosy street level apartment. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Great location - close to shops, beach and lagoon. Convenient street parking. Really felt like a home away from home. Mel was lovely and quick to respond before arrival. The small extra things in the fridge such as butter and sauce was also a great idea. The quiet of the halls and room I was very happy with the room May 2015 Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Some repairs were needed: the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Pillows were comfortable but small The price was right, it was clean, there was a refrigerator in room and not far from osu. The hotel is situated just of the freeway and has quite a lot of fast food and reasonably priced restaurants near it. The hotel has good facilities for the price, we were pleasantly surprised having read previous reviews it was very spacious and the rooms were clean, the only down side the staff ate their breakfast along with the guests which i found a little rude but on the whole worth the money we paid still has smoking rooms available and some of the staff could not speak english The hotel's pool and hot tub was awesome. Hotel was alittle ran down but clean. It was fine for the price I negotiated. They did not honor the price I negotiated with They charged me more. The room had dirty windows, large cob webs in the corners of the window, Masking tape in the bath like they were getting ready to paint.
